  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details


Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India

  • International shipping may be available for selected locations and will be communicated separately


Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout

  • Charges may vary based on order value, delivery location, and promotional offers

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the order is cancelled before dispatch or shipped incorrectly by us


Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for selected pin codes

  • Additional COD charges may apply

  • Orders placed using COD may require order confirmation via call or message
