Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, leaked, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Minor packaging variations or damages that do not affect the product

Orders placed under discounts, offers, or clearance sales (unless damaged)
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:

Return Approval & Pickup

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the return process

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging

Returns without approval will not be accepted
Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

The amount will be credited to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Replacement Policy

Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
