Return & Refund Policy

At Arif Qadri Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in delivering premium-quality fragrances. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, leaked, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

❌ We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Change of mind or fragrance preference

  • Minor packaging variations or damages that do not affect the product

  • Orders placed under discounts, offers, or clearance sales (unless damaged)


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images or video of the product showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.


Return Approval & Pickup

  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the return process

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging

  • Returns without approval will not be accepted


Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are offered only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Subject to product availability


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days


Important Notes

  • Perfumes are personal care products; hence, strict hygiene standards apply

  • Fragrance preference is subjective and not eligible for return

  • Color or packaging variations due to lighting or screen differences are not considered defects
